Position Overview:

The manager will collaborate with supervisors and other team members to enhance service quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  • Needs Assessment and Coordination:
    • Supervise the identification of support service needs based on organizational requirements.
    • Collaborate with relevant supervisors to ensure the development and sustainability of support services.
  • Manage financial resources related to support services.
  • Ensure prudent allocation of funds to maintain service quality.
  • Program Development:
    • Develop a comprehensive annual program for support services, aligning with the functional purpose.
    • Coordinate with relevant supervisors to implement program initiatives effectively.
  • Expense Approval and Procurement:
    • Review and approve requests related to expenses and purchase orders for support services.
    • Optimize resource utilization while maintaining service standards.
  • Performance Monitoring and Planning:
    • Organize regular meetings with team supervisors (every 14 days) to review performance reports.
    • Update plans and strategies based on performance insights.
