Seasoned Italian/French Head Chef
Job summary
A renowned dining establishment in Dubai is seeking a Head Chef with Italian/French nationality. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen staff, managing food preparation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years of head chef experience and demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills. Salary ranges between AED 8,000-10,000 PM.
Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Italian and English.
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a stressful fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Report for duty punctually and maintain uniform standards.
- Organize mise-en-place production and service.
- Assign tasks to Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
- Complete daily checklists for food preparation and storage.
- Attend meetings and report any equipment failures.
