Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Italian and English.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a stressful fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually and maintain uniform standards.
• Organize mise-en-place production and service.
• Assign tasks to Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
• Complete daily checklists for food preparation and storage.
• Attend meetings and report any equipment failures.
