We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Tagalog-speaking Personal Butler to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chairman's private residence in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for delivering a seamless lifestyle experience by managing the home, overseeing hospitality and guest relations, and always ensuring the highest standards of service. The role requires flexibility, initiative, and absolute confidentiality.

1. Personal Service & Hospitality
2. Greet and attend to the Chairman and guests in a professional and polished manner
3. Coordinate formal service during meals and events, including table settings and etiquette
4. Prepare beverages and refreshments to the highest standards
5. Assist with wardrobe and packing/unpacking as required
6. Household Management
7. Manage and ensure the smooth functioning of household cooking for the Chairman and partner (2 people)
8. Oversee cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the residence
9. Liaise with vendors, maintenance providers, and service personnel
10. Maintain inventory of household supplies and personal items
11. Travel & Logistics
12. Coordinate travel plans with local PAs across 3 regions
13. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use at all times
14. Accompany the Chairman for travel or errands if needed
15. Security & Discretion
16. Maintain confidentiality and always protect privacy
17. Ensure the safety and security of the principal and residence

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a butler or in a similar high-level service role
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Exceptional knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and high-end service standards
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• UAE-residing candidates are preferred
• Must have a valid UAE driving license

Salary plus accommodation, food, car, and fuel provided, along with an annual two-way ticket to the home country and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
