Job summary
A leading oilfield services company is seeking a Lead Services Specialist in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in cementing operations and at least 5 years offshore with Seahawk. Responsibilities include planning resource deployment, engaging with customers, and leading projects. Strong communication skills and technical expertise are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can negotiate client-specific conditions while ensuring quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cementing operations.
- 5+ years of offshore experience with Seahawk.
- Experience managing a team and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field resource deployment to meet metrics.
- Present to senior leaders on technologies and strategies.
- Choose appropriate techniques for project processes.
Skills
Education
As a Lead Services Specialist, you will be responsible for :
- planning and execution of field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics · Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation · Develop long range forecast for region resource needs · Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
- Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Handli diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
- Have an Engineering degree or technical diploma with relevant equivalent experience
- Have 10 + years of experience in cementing operations
- Have 5+ years of offshore experience with Seahawk experience
- Have experience managing a team
- Have experience in project leadership
- Be a team player and display excellent communication skills in English
