A prominent organization based in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Managing Director Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in senior executive or office management.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
