Job Description Product Leads

As a platform lead PM for a respective business unit, you will own the Redington customers / partners, vendors - helping them onboard, engage, transact, retain and provide a superlative post transaction customer experience. PMs attached to each business will focus on growing the business. In this role, you will demonstrate a strong command of enablement technology platforms, and the ability to research and recommend new applications and platforms in line with organizational goals. Our next set of businesses will leverage this platform to grow; hence we are rapidly scaling and building products which will help drive behavior change for existing set of partners first & leverage the product for new markets, customers, business segments.

• Plan out the product strategy & development roadmap
• Define and own the business metrics and OKRs for your products
• Rapidly prototype and execute with the right balance between innovation and best practices
• Work with outsourced Engineering Teams to create the optimum and agile Product Development lifecycle
• Cross functional collaboration with Business
• Benchmark with the competition and the market
• Work with UX and design team, technology, and business stakeholders for driving key outcomes
• Collaborate with Business Teams to identify improvements in areas of order fulfillment, warehousing and supply chain as well as to build new features, facilitating digital transformation of processes and 3rd party integrations

• Should have 4-5+ years of overall experience, preferably as a PM for at least 3 years
• Experience in Retail E-commerce is required
• Excellent spreadsheet manipulation and modelling skill
• Strong understanding of the P&L metrics
• You should be detail-oriented
• Exhibiting a strong bias for action to drive tactical wins and enhancements
• Very strong ability to think and solve from first principles and fundamentals
• Must be customer obsessed; you should constantly be on the lookout to find pain points and solve them ground up
• Should be able to build structure out of ambiguity
• Data driven. Base your decisions on facts rather than opinions.
• Have great communications skills; you should be able to crisply communicate a challenge to any stakeholder and derive a closure
• Be an owner; you will be responsible for driving key outcomes through technology and your incessant drive to make things right will define the success of the organization.
