The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensures that all activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah Quality Management System.
- Maintain a current knowledge of Jumeirah products and services in order to cross sell across the entire company.
- Continuously review procedures and processes within the department to achieve maximum profit, productivity, and efficiency.
- Continuously review product and branding to ensure we are selling creatively and offering more innovative edge over our competitors.
- To always maintain a high standard of personal appearance.
- To have complete understanding of hotel policies and procedures, particularly in relation to fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar size of operation or smaller size of operation on a supervisory level
- Hotel and Hospitality Degree
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.)
- Advanced English – spoken and writing
- Financial Awareness
