1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for property launches, listings, and promotions.
  • Execute campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) tailored for local and international audiences.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing alignment to maximize ROI and lead conversion Joyce
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, social ads) targeting relevant buyer personas in the UAE and GCC regions.
  • Optimize campaigns based on analytics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) to improve performance and reduce acquisition cost.
  • Lead SEO strategy for real estate content (search terms like “buy apartment Dubai,” “off‑plan properties Abu Dhabi,” etc.).
3. Content & Creative Development
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, brochures, and social media (English + Arabic preferred).
  • Produce and coordinate multimedia assets: photos, video tours, drone shots, virtual tours, property showcases.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and positioning.
4. Market Research & Insights
  • Monitor UAE property market trends, competitor marketing activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Use data to recommend pricing strategies, promotional timings, and market positioning.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and market opportunity.
5. CRM & Lead Management
  • Manage CRM platforms to track and nurture leads (buyers, investors, tenants).
  • Implement automation workflows (email sequences, retargeting) to drive customer engagement.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure timely follow up and lead qualification.
6. Events & Partnerships
  • Support property events, open houses, exhibitions, and community engagements.
