The Opportunity

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of Sales Manager at our High Voltage Business Unit in Dubai UAE.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead business development activities such as responding to opportunities, preparing materials for client presentations and pitches, and taking part in marketing activities.
  • Responsible for account planning and sales strategies and hunting for new accounts and expanding client base in the financial industry.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales and professional services teams to develop total solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Bid management and proposal.write generation for sales opportunities.
  • Develop required client relationships to build client trust and gain deeper insight into client situations, needs and internal situations with the intent of developing mutually beneficial long‑term client relationships.
  • Establish and maintain all levels of strong client relationships.
  • Understand client businesses and offer sound solutions/products that translate to profitable business development opportunities.
  • Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to create product roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures hablanguidelines.

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10 years of professional work experience in GIS or EPC or any high‑voltage electrical product sales & tendering.
  • Experience and skill to prepare and support offer/quotation process.
  • Experienced in sales/tendering tools (any sales/tendering tools).
  • Knowledge of Power Grid market & system offerings.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
