Job Description

• Provide L2/L3 end-user support for stores and corporate users.
• Support retail systems and POS environments (hardware & basic application support)
• Manage and troubleshoot store and office networks (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi). Handle firewalls, routers, switches, and ISP coordination and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Assist with store openings, rollouts, and upgrades

Qualifications and Requirements

• Open to Indian nationals, aged 35 years and below with 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support and Retail IT Environments
• Good knowledge of networking, firewalls, POS hardware, and desktops
• Experience in supporting multi‑store operations with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
