Job description

We are looking for a Sr. Associate – IT with strong experience in Retail / Retail Fashion environments to support stores and corporate users across IT infrastructure and end-user systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 end-user support for retail stores and corporate users
• Support retail systems and POS environments (hardware & basic application support)
• Manage and troubleshoot store and office networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Handle firewalls, routers, switches, and coordinate with ISPs
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Assist with store openings, rollouts, and system upgrades
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure SLA adherence

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support
• Strong exposure to Retail IT environments (Retail Fashion preferred)
• Good knowledge of networking, firewalls, POS hardware, and desktop support
• Experience supporting multi‑store operations
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
