A leading retail technology firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee Retail ERP and POS systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and LS Retail. This role requires over 15 years of IT experience within the Fashion/Apparel sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities alongside expertise in application enhancements and vendor management. Competitive remuneration is available, with a budget of up to AED 18,000.

Job description

IT Manager - Budget upto AED 18,000 (Sports - Retail MANDATORY)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Retail ERP and POS systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail
• Lead application strategy, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
• Ensure smooth store operations across POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, and finance
• Manage CRM, clienteling, and SMS marketing platforms
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and insights
• Own Power BI dashboards and reporting for sales, inventory, finance, and customer analytics
• Work closely with Infrastructure teams on store networks, connectivity, and system availability
• Manage vendors, partners, SLAs, and application budgets

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of IT experience in Fashion / Apparel Retail
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • LS Retail (POS & Retail Operations), CRM, Campaign Management, AI Automation, Power BI Reports
• Good understanding of retail store infrastructure and networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, store connectivity)
• Experience supporting multi-store retail environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
