About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented PR Executive to join the Shiseido team in Dubai on a temporary contract basis. This role will support the development and execution of public relations campaigns across the Middle East region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving media coverage, and enhancing the brand reputation of Shiseido.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior PR Manager in developing and executing integrated PR campaigns across the Middle East region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts (print, online, broadcast) in the region.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
• Monitor media coverage and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support influencer marketing initiatives, including outreach, seeding, and campaign tracking.
• Assist in the planning and execution of PR events and activations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the PR team.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or a related field within the beauty industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and editing abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for the beauty industry and a strong interest in luxury brands.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
