- Price and execute option trades.
- Manage the risks in the portfolio and ensure compliance with limits.
- Engage with stakeholders to explain trade strategies and new products.
- Work shifts to provide a 24‑hour service, 365 days a year.
- Excellent understanding of options/derivatives trading.
- 2–7 years of experience in derivative market making and risk taking.
- Programming experience is a plus.
- Experience in equity or FX is an advantage.
- Option market maker (preferably with experience trading both OTC and exchange‑listed options) and business builder.
- Strong track record of delivering trading revenue via high‑touch vanilla and exotic option products.
- Self‑starter and collaborator, generating trade ideas and working with sales teams to expand product offerings.
- Comfortable interacting with quantitative developers and researchers to design, build, and innovate pricing, trading, and risk management systems.
- Experienced in management‑level analysis and reporting of data sets from complex risk models.
