About the Role

This is a senior technical placement role within our growing P&C division in Dubai. The Senior Placing Broker will act as a key market interface responsible for securing competitive terms managing complex placements and providing expert guidance to both clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with underwriting teams across the GCC MEA and international markets ensuring that each placement is delivered with accuracy speed and commercial awareness. This position offers significant autonomy visibility and the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and reputation of the P&C portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead placement of P&C risks with local and international insurers
• Negotiate terms quotations and renewals
• Advise internal teams and clients on market appetite and coverage structures
• Maintain strong working relationships with insurers and reinsurers
• Support business development and contribute to portfolio growth

Requirements

• Solid P&C broking experience (corporate / commercial lines)
• Strong negotiation and placement skills
• Good understanding of GCC / MEA underwriting markets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• UAE market experience is a must
