About the role:

INJOUABLES Real Estate is expanding and is looking for highly motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

You will be responsible for advising local and international clients, managing property transactions, and building long-term relationships in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong business mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build a long-term career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new clients through multiple channels (calls, networking, referrals, social media, etc.)
  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
  • Conduct property viewings and present real estate projects professionally
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored investment solutions
  • Negotiate and close property deals in line with company standards
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently
  • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
  • Work closely with internal teams and developers to deliver the best client
