We are hiring a GM-Operations & Growth for our client, a specialized and well-established supply chain partner in Abu Dhabi, serving major entities including ADNOC, Military Forces, and Abu Dhabi Nuclear. They represent international manufacturers (USA, Spain, India, etc.) and supply critical oil & gas equipment like fittings for Oil and Gas Pipes and Chemical Catalysts.
The company operates with a lean team and advanced automation, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who will act as the company's second-in-command.
The mandate is clear: drive growth, expand market reach, and oversee all core operations.

- Expand presence with ADNOC, EPCs, and industrial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard international manufacturers.
- Build and refine the sales strategy with clear targets and focus areas.
- Strengthen market positioning to secure larger contracts.
- Oversee Finance, HR, Logistics, Procurement, IT, and Admin functions.
- Manage P&L, cash flow, payments, and overall profitability.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth, efficient execution.
- Drive optimal use of Odoo ERP and automation tools.
- Oversee compliance, KYC, HSE, and vendor registrations.
- Minimum 5+ years in a management role within the UAE industrial or oilfield sector.
- Proven track record in driving business growth (sales results required).
- Strong network with ADNOC and industrial buyers.
- Experience leading multi-department teams.
- Tech-driven mindset with ERP/automation exposure.

Salary: AED 15,000 -25,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: Uncapped performance incentives tied to revenue & net profit
