  • Understanding of cloud basics, integrations, and subscriptions.
  • B2B sales experience, target-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute effective sales strategies to expand UAE market share.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets with at least 10% growth.
  • Acquire at least 5 new contracts per quarter.
  • Improve customer satisfaction scores by 15%.
  • Reduce client complaints by 20%.
  • Increase customer retention by 10% YoY.
  • Provide leadership, coaching & training to enhance team closing rate by 25%.
  • Conduct monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with 100% team participation.
  • Promote at least one team member annually based on talent development plans.
  • Develop competitive market positioning strategies tailored to UAE.
  • Build relationships with UAE industry partners & influencers (min 3 annually).
  • Automate or improve at least 2 operational processes per year, reducing time by 15%.

Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Team Head – Sales & Services to lead sales growth, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence for our HR Staffing Solutions and SaaS/Cloud Services portfolio in the UAE. This role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, technical understanding of cloud/SaaS products, and deep expertise in staffing/recruitment service delivery.

Tasks
