Job summary
A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a strategic Head of HR for its executive leadership team. This high-impact role involves developing HR strategies, leading HR functions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ in senior leadership. Competitive tax-free salary of 85,000 – 92,000 AED per month offered, along with an executive-level benefits package.
