A leading cafe in Dubai is seeking experienced food and beverage service staff. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean dining area. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in F&B service, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Basic English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service preferred.
- Presentable and polite with good communication skills.
- Able to multitask and handle customer requests.
Aufgaben
- Greet guests and present menus professionally.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly and maintain cleanliness.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly and correctly.
- Check on guests during their meal and handle any requests or complaints.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
- Ensure proper table setup, cutlery, and service standards.
- Process bills and assist with cash/card payments if required.
- Follow restaurant grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service (preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable, polite, and able to multitask.
- Basic English required; additional languages are a plus.
