You will be working within our team in Dubai, working across the Middle East region. You will have a great opportunity to learn and be part of Edelman's various digital marketing processes/approaches including brand engagements, creative social media campaigns, executive positioning, and performance marketing.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of social content and potential influencer activity across digital programs.
2. You will manage and develop client relations, exhibiting best practices in handling client requests.
3. Deliver digital and integrated projects from start to finish, including resource management, project management, budget control, and client liaison.
4. Proactively identify digital opportunities on existing clients and new business processes; experience in working with finance in forecasting.
5. Oversee quality and operational performance of the digital output, meeting deadlines, coaching, and guiding junior team members, and working closely with hub/large teams sitting across markets.
6. You will have client leadership skills and strategic thinking across digital programs and integrated campaigns.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Minimum 7-8 years of working in digital and social within an agency, marketing firm, or editorial digital publisher.
2. You have a strong leadership presence, confident and representative with excellent management skills.
3. Track record in content and social strategies, audience planning/mapping, community management, as well as new innovative technologies.
4. Experience across government clients.
5. Passion for using digital to amplify campaigns; someone who can partner with clients to unlock local opportunities and ultimately ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
6. Awareness and understanding of managing executive profile pages.
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, able to develop high-quality strategy, write documents, and proposals.
