Area Sales Manager - Export Market - Arabic Speaker
Location: Dubai
MISSION
- Develop Shiseido Group business for Fragrance, Make-up, and Skincare categories with distributors in the markets within scope. Fully responsible for planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies aligned with company goals to support growth.
- The role requires frequent travel.
- Arabic speaker is a must.
MARKETS

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full business cycle with distributors in the respective markets.
- Create and manage budgets, annual sales plans, and P&Ls for each brand and market.
- Act as the primary contact between distributors and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and brand teams.
- Address and resolve partner complaints.
- Supervise all processes related to each market.
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial, digital, finance, and logistics departments to meet partner needs.
- Monitor weekly sales achievements against targets.
- Coordinate training and education for each market.
- Ensure timely order placement.
- Work with Supply Chain on forecasts for accounts.
- Share monthly out-of-stock reports and improve service rates.
- Review orders to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Manage monthly tester requirements and replenish accordingly.
- Distribute GWP, samples, and POSM materials to accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing or sales with distributors in the Beauty, Fashion, or FMCG sectors.
- Extensive experience in the Middle East region working with distribution partners.
- Proven track record in brand strategy implementation, budgeting, and planning.
- Strong time management and operational skills.
- Strategic thinking and good numerical skills.
