- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, wholesalers, architects and international buyers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities locally and internationally.
- Deliver presentations and proposals for high-end projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, logistics and client support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
