Job summary
A leading recruitment service is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will manage kiosks and short-term leases, collaborating with local brands and overseeing leasing performance. Qualifications
- Open to Asian and Arabic Nationalities, 40 years old and below.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in specialty or commercial leasing.
- Knowledgeable in mall operations and trends in short-term retail leasing.
Responsibilities
- Lease kiosks, pop-ups, and short-term retail spaces.
- Source and close deals with local SMEs and seasonal brands.
- Track income and performance of specialty leasing activities.

- Lease kiosks, pop-ups, and short-term retail spaces to drive additional mall revenue.
- Source and close deals with local SMEs, seasonal brands, and promotional partners.
- Coordinate setup, compliance, and activations with marketing and operations teams.
- Track income, renewals, and performance of all specialty leasing activities.
- Open to Asian and Arabic Nationalities, 40 years old and below.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, real estate or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in specialty or commercial leasing, managing kiosks, or executing brand activations within community malls or shopping centers.
- Knowledgeable in mall operations, brand activations, and trends in short-term retail leasing.
