A leading property developer in Dubai seeks a proactive individual to manage Owner relations and inquiries. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, speaks Arabic and English, and has strong organizational and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include overseeing Owner portfolios, facilitating service collections, and maintaining accurate records. The position may require availability outside normal office hours.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic, English, and a third language.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an individual portfolio of Owners to handover new projects.
  • Facilitate collection of fees for Services.
  • Maintain accurate files of Owners data and contracts.
  • Handle Owner requests outside normal office hours.
