A construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Foreman to supervise multistorey building projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in construction management and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include daily site management, coordination with workers and engineers, and ensuring safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects in a dynamic environment.
Competenze
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Foreman in multistorey building construction.
- Strong knowledge of structural, civil and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Mansioni
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for multistorey building projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors and workers.
- Ensure construction activities are per approved drawings.
- Monitor material usage, workforce productivity and progress.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a hazard‑free environment.
- Identify and resolve site issues to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate daily reports for project managers.
