Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in construction.
• Hands-on audit experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and local compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal audits in line with the annual audit plan.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and interviews with auditees.
• Perform audit procedures to assess compliance with policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Draft clear audit observations and recommendations.
• Follow up on audit recommendations.

Strong analytical and investigative skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Education
