Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
• At least 10 years in a leadership role on large-scale EPC and EPCm projects.
• Strong understanding of Oil and Gas sector construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction phase of the EPCm project.
• Oversee the project budget with cost control measures.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule for timely completion.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet required standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for construction-related matters.
• Lead and mentor the construction team for a collaborative environment.
