Retail Store Design Documentation
1. Preparation of architectural concept design and design development drawings in AutoCAD or other software as per project requirements in coordination with Project Head/ Internal Stakeholders.
2. Assisting Project manager in preparation of detailed bill of quantities and quantification of all items for project tendering.
3.Preparation of Mall design submission drawings and incorporation of Mall Management feedback to ensure timely design approvals.
4.Assist Design manager in review and approval of all Shop in shop and other design inserts in new or existing Sharaf Retail stores to ensure strict adherence to brand design guidelines.
5. Manage multiple drawing/ drafting assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Project management support.
1. Independently manage complete cycle of small-scale project work such as concept zone/shop in shop implementations, small scale renovations etc.
2. Preparation of cost comparatives for project related orders in coordination with Project Manager
3. Assist project manager in preparation of detailed project budget encompassing all Capex aspects of the project.
4.Recording project costs and checking against project budget. Assisting project manager in project financial closures.
Communication skills.
1. Work closely with Design manager and internal teams to understand design intent and level of detailing to ensure comprehensive design delivery.
2. Preparation and circulation of minutes of meetings in coordination with project manager.
3. Working closing with Design Manager to understand Mall design guidelines and ensure incorporation in Sharaf Retail Design Drawings.
Quality assurance and quality control.
1.Periodical site visits to ensure design details and quality standards are maintained.
2. Ensuring all the rectifications / snags are completed jointly with project manager before project close and maintaining records.
