Job summary
A leading hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Freelance Draftsman responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings for restaurant locations. You will collaborate closely with designers and engineers to ensure compliance with regulations while managing multiple projects. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of drafting experience, a degree in a related field, and expert-level skills in AutoCAD. Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is a plus. This is a freelance role, requiring flexibility in work hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience drafting for commercial or food-service environments.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building systems, and code compliance.
- Able to manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Translate conceptual sketches and instructions into precise technical drawings.
- Collaborate with kitchen designers and engineers for integration.
