Surbana Jurong (SJ) is seeking Construction Managers – Stations for an upcoming high-speed rail project in the UAE, currently under Expression of Interest (EOI).

The role involves managing station construction activities and ensuring that quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved.

• Oversee station civil, architectural, and MEP construction works>Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, interface, and project teams to resolve site issues.
• Review construction documents and progress reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years’ experience in major infrastructure or rail projects, preferably in HSR.
• Experience in the UAE/Middle East preferred.
• Background in PMC / Owner’s Engineer / Contractor roles is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of station construction, QA/QC, and HSE practices.
• Ability to drive performance and manage multiple stakeholders.
