Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive to conduct sales calls and manage relationships with clients. The role involves developing long-term business relationships, supporting customer loyalty strategies, and negotiating rates. Ideal candidates should possess relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspections for clients.
  • Provide quick and timely responses to develop business relationships.
  • Support hotels service and strategy for customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with Revenue department for rate negotiations.
  • Develop strong relationships with front office teams.
  • Accompany sales team on calls to assist with account development.
  • Target key accounts for the company.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotel for Leisure/ Corporate / MICE / GCC clients.
  • Able to provide quick and timely responses immediate communication to the properties develop professional long term business relationships.
  • Able to support hotels service and relationship strategy driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Works closely with Revenue department to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel.
  • Develops strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
  • Accompanies the sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.
  • Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Activities include sales calls entertainment FAM trips trade shows etc.
