Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Solutions Architect to lead the design, development and implementation of blockchain-based solutions across various initiatives within Suvik Group. You will be instrumental in defining the technical vision, ensuring the security, scalability and performance of our blockchain domain. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, distributed systems, enterprise architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Job Description:

As a Senior Blockchain Solutions Architect at Suvik Group, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural design and implementation strategy for blockchain-based projects. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers and development teams to understand business challenges and propose innovative blockchain solutions. Your expertise will be critical in selecting the appropriate blockchain platforms, designing secure and efficient smart contracts, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will be a key driver in exploring and adopting blockchain technologies to enhance efficiency, transparency and security across our operations.

Major Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Strategy:

• Define the overall blockchain architecture and technical roadmap for various projects within Suvik Group, aligning with business goals and scalability needs.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable blockchain protocol such as XDC, Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric etc.), consensus mechanisms, and smart contract platforms based on specific project requirements.
• Design secure, scalable, and efficient smart contract architectures, considering factors like gas optimization, security audits, and potential for upgrades.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation for blockchain solutions.
• Define data models and storage strategies for both on-chain and off-chain data relevant to blockchain implementations.

Technical Leadership & Guidance:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on blockchain technologies, best practices, and architectural patterns.
• Oversee the development and deployment of smart contracts, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to defined architectural standards.
• Lead the integration of blockchain components with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in blockchain technology, security trends, and relevant industry applications.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and platforms to enhance our blockchain development capabilities.

Security & Compliance:

• Design and implement robust security measures for blockchain solutions, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with security teams to conduct security assessments and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Ensure blockchain solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements for blockchain solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and blockchain benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, infrastructure engineers, and data scientists, to ensure successful implementation and integration.
• Participate in technical discussions, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Performance & Scalability:

• Design blockchain solutions with a focus on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify and address potential performance bottlenecks and optimize blockchain implementations for efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for platform upgrades, maintenance, and long-term scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in software development with a significant focus (5+ years) on blockchain technologies and architecture.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, consensus algorithms, and smart contract development principles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major blockchain platform (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, etc.).
• Proficiency in one or more smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity, Go, Java).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
