About You

• As a .Net Backend Developer working in a multidisciplinary squad, you will contribute directly to company-wide objectives through involvement across different team layers.
• At the squad layer, you will collaborate with product, data, design, and other stakeholders to discover, ideate, conduct experiments, and solve customer problems.
• At the chapter layer, you will support the backend chapter's goals and initiatives, help with key tasks, and learn from more experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing software solutions under guidance.
• Implement experiments and learn from data-driven insights.
• Write clean, maintainable code with peer and mentor support.
• Seek opportunities to learn from experienced developers.
• Participate in code reviews to improve coding standards and quality.

Required Skills and Profile

• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and time & space complexity.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably C#).
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and querying.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
