We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to oversee the construction phase of a prestigious high-end residential project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury projects and a proven track record of delivering projects to the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

1. Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved construction drawings and specifications. Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on site. Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.
2. Design Coordination: Coordinate with the design team to address design changes and modifications as required. Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure they meet project requirements.
3. Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with the client to address their concerns and expectations. Present progress reports and updates to the client.
4. Contract Administration: Review contractor's claims and variations, ensuring they are justified and in accordance with the contract terms. Monitor contractor's performance and adherence to project schedules.
5. Safety and Quality: Enforce safety standards and regulations on site. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and quality issues.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, specifically in high-end residential or 5-star hotel projects
3. Proficiency in Revit
4. Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, and IFC drawings
5. Excellent site detailing experience
6. In-depth understanding of local authority regulations and building codes
7. Experience working with international consultants
8. Strong leadership and communication skills
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
