A leading company in Dubai is looking for a Civil Engineer to oversee various construction projects. The role involves ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards while adhering to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Design plan and supervise the construction of projects
Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with safety environmental and design standards.
Prepare cost estimates design reports and technical specifications.
Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide updates to management.
Analyze survey reports and other data to determine design specifications.
Investigate and troubleshoot problems that arise during construction.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building
Excellent knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
