Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of UAE-specific experience and a proven track record in managing high‑rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in overseeing complex developments from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards. Your deep understanding of local regulations, supply chains, and stakeholder dynamics will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
• Manage project budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (Dubai Municipality, RAK Municipality, FEWA, RAK Civil Defense).
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes and CITIC Construction quality standards.
• Lead site teams including engineering, planning, HSE, QAQC, and subcontractor management.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to senior management.
• Drive construction execution in line with project KPIs, cost plans, and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the UAE (preferably in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah), with a strong portfolio of completed high‑rise projects (residential, commercial, or mixed‑use or large‑scale BUA projects preferred)
• Having a DM (G+unlimited)/ Ras Al Khaimah Municipality certificate/PMP certificate is a huge advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, permitting processes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM tools.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Salary Benchmark

AED 30,000.00 - 32,000.00 (negotiable)
