Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer Waste to join our team in Dubai United Arab this critical role you will lead the design and implementation of innovative waste management solutions for our clients across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and design of complex waste management systems including solid waste wastewater and recycling facilities
  • Conduct detailed environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize waste management processes and improve resource recovery
  • Analyze data and create models to forecast waste generation and management needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients regulatory agencies and other stakeholders
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in waste management and environmental engineering
  • Prepare comprehensive reports technical specifications and project documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required
  • Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in waste management engineering
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing waste management solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of waste management systems and technologies
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) and GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling software
  • Experience in conducting environmental impact assessments
  • Expertise in solid waste management wastewater treatment recycling and resource recovery
  • Knowledge of landfill design and management
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
