• Support Tender teams in tender transfers.
• Develop Project Delivery Strategies at contract start.
• Define internal subcontracting principles and agreements.
• Lead quarterly major projects management reviews.
• Support project teams in project closing and Lessons Learnt.
• Develop project performance Dashboards.
• Prepare communication and training material for Project Process.
• Follow up on client relations and monitor complaints.
