Zusammenfassung
A Dubai-based physical gold trading company is seeking a Senior Gold Trading & Sourcing Manager to drive their operations in the UAE gold market. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in gold trading, a strong network within the industry, and a deep understanding of UAE regulations and accounting principles. This senior role offers a competitive salary and performance-based incentives, with direct reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifikationen
- 7–10+ years of experience in physical gold trading/sourcing (doré and/or bullion).
- Strong existing network in the Dubai/UAE gold ecosystem.
- Fluent in one or more major Indian languages.
- Strong English skills; knowledge of Arabic and French is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and deal economics.
- Exposure to UAE regulatory environment for gold/commodities.
Aufgaben
- Source, structure and close physical gold doré/bullion deals.
- Develop relationships with Dubai/UAE refineries and traders.
- Leverage network in the Dubai gold souk and Indian business community.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, customs and other regulations.
- Oversee shipments and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
