We are hiring for a Procurement Manager - Middle East & Africa who will be responsible for leading a team of buyers and specialists focused on driving our growth and sustainability strategies. Your leadership will ensure the team consistently achieves best-in-class performance across supply chain quality and pricing objectives.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing the team in alignment with procurement policies and tools, fostering essential soft skills that enhance value-added activities such as stakeholder and supplier relationship management. This role acts as a vital link between the regional function and the global category team, supplier quality, and internal customers, ensuring all business requirements are met effectively.
