About The Role

As an Events Executive, you will manage all aspects of catering event negotiations and coordination. You will also execute and support catering sales activities to maximize revenue within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fully comply with Delphi operation standards and maintain up-to-date account profile, catering revenue figures and sales activities in the system.
  • Ensure Delphi.FDC protocols are adhered to, events related inquiries, and requests are replied to within the required guidelines set by the system.
  • Follow the catering sales action plan related to the respective catering market segments as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
  • Handle and consolidate all incoming Post-social/Events Assessments.
  • Closely monitor account revenue and production in specific areas.
  • Handle all incoming leads as distributed by the DOEM or Senior Events Manager and convert them into confirmed business.
About You
  • At least 1 year of experience in a 5-star / international hotel.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in oral and written English language.
  • Computer literate conversant with Ms. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of selling skills.
