Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in FM, Property Management, or Construction.
• Procurement certification required (CIPS, CIPP, CIPM, CSCP).
• Strong knowledge of procurement rules, tendering, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers in FM and property management.
• Manage procurement for maintenance, MEP works, and property supplies.
