Sales Manager

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing coaching and training as needed
6. Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance
7. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in consumer behavior

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
