Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a client in Dubai for the position of Real Estate Sales Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Meet regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns, identifying new opportunities for sales growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with brokers and agents to develop new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with sellers to ensure all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
- Identify opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings.
- Present offers to sellers on behalf of clients to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale.
- Review market conditions and identify trends that could impact prices or interest in specific neighborhoods or areas.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
