  • Title: Institutional Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker
  • Location: Dubai (Remote)
  • Contract: 6 months
  • Team: Binance VIP & Institutional
  • Focus: Acquiring and managing high-value clients (VIPs, institutions, HNW individuals)
  • Languages Required: Arabic + English fluency
  • Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a VIP client portfolio including high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), hedge funds, family offices, and institutional investors
  • Client servicing and strategic sales: Understand client needs, maintain relationships, and offer Binance solutions
  • Collaborate with local/regional teams to identify and act on new opportunities
  • Improve internal processes and help refine VIP customer service and sales team operations

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 1–3 years experience in financial services, banking, investment sales, or crypto
  • An existing network of institutional or HNW clients
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client management
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for crypto, ideally with previous industry exposure
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both are non-negotiable)
