Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a Lead Generation Executive (B2B) to drive outreach efforts. You will research and qualify potential leads, conduct multi-channel prospecting, and maintain CRM records. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in lead generation and proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. This full-time position offers up to 9K AED monthly salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
  • Proficient in high-volume outbound outreach and lead generation tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and qualify potential B2B leads in target industries/accounts using AI-powered tools to enrich, prioritize, and personalize outreach.
  • Conduct multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage decision-makers, nurture leads, and prepare smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings for the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with internal outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) records, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion results.

Qualifications
