Job summary
A leading catering company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Store Keeper to manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control. Responsibilities include maintaining receipts, receiving and shelving supplies, and inspecting deliveries for damages. Ideal candidates will possess organizational skills and have experience in stock management. Applicants from specific backgrounds only: Indian, Pakistani, Nepali, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Filipino, or Ethiopian are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Experience in stock management and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain receipts records and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team in Sharjah as Store Keeper in our Catering Division.
- Maintain receipts records and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive unload and shelve supplies
- Perform other stockrelated duties including returning packing pricing and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs
