Job summary

A leading fit-out company in Sharjah is seeking a Site Supervisor for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The role includes supervision of all site works, quality control, and coordination with clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment. Knowledge of various fit-out types is preferred. The position offers a salary of AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in joinery/interiors fit-out environment.
• Knowledge of Hotel & Seminar Facility Fit-Outs, Residential Fit-Outs, Industrial and/or Office Fit-Outs preferred.
• Languages: Urdu, English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and manage site needs with high precision.
• Plan and control works in accordance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with carpenters and specialists for fit-out projects.
• Maintain daily and weekly progress reports; ensure safety on site.
• Lead teams of specialized workers.
