Job summary

A prominent hotel chain in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Housing Facility Manager to oversee daily operations and manage employee housing benefits. Key responsibilities include ensuring the maintenance of the accommodation facilities, managing budget and transportation, and liaising with government entities for necessary accreditations. This is a full-time position that requires a valid UAE driver's license and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in five star luxury properties required.
• Should hold a valid UAE driver's license with a personal car for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the housing facility.
• Prepare/design forms related to housing benefits.
• Develop and implement house rules and regulations.
• Liaise with government entities for legal accreditations.
• Monitor and attend to accommodation maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness of accommodation and recreational facilities.
• Prepare budget for housing and employee events.
• Manage colleague transportation and cafeteria.
• Handle events and activities for colleagues.
• Monitor tenancy contracts and negotiate renewals.
• Manage international shifting of team members.
• Handle medical scheme policy renewals.
• Manage Group Life and Workman Compensation insurances.
