Role Description:

1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities onsite, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
2. Assist senior engineers and construction managers in ensuring quality and timely completion of construction tasks within your discipline.
3. Provide technical guidance, leadership, and support to construction teams.
4. Ensure safety protocols are followed and comply with HSE guidelines.
5. Collaborate with other disciplines (Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Telecom) and project stakeholders to optimize project execution.
6. Prepare daily progress reports, maintain documentation, and assist in inspections to ensure construction quality and standards compliance.
